Abstract：Objective To discuss the influence of negative pressure clear stone sheath percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL) on the effect of stone removal and related indexes.Methods A total of 60 patients with kidney stones who were treated in the urology department of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects. Patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were given PCNL operation, the control group was routinely placed into Peel-away sheath, and the observation group was placed into negative pressure stone clearing sheath.The stone-clearing effect, blood biochemical indexes, hemoglobin (Hb), C-reactive protein (CRP), urea nitrogen (BUN), blood creatinine (Scr) levels and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The stone clearing time and hospital time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group, the intraoperative bleeding amount was less than that of the control group, the secondary operation rate was lower than that of the control group, and the stone clearance rate were higher than that of the control group (all P<0.05). Na+, K+ and pH values in both groups were lower than preoperative (all P<0.05). The difference between BUN and Scr levels between the preoperative and postoperative groups was not statistically significant (all P>0.05), but the Hb level was higher in the postoperative observation group was higher than the control group, while the CRP was lower than the control group (all P<0.05). Hb levels decreased in both groups after surgery compared to preoperative, and CRP increased compared to preoperative (all P<0.05）.There was no significant difference between BUN and Scr and the two groups (all P>0.05). The overall incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67% (2/30), lower than the control group [16.67% (5/30)], and the difference was not significant (χ2=1.456，P=0.228).Conclusions Negative pressure clear stone sheath PCNL has a good effect on patients, and the inflammatory injury to patients is relatively mild, which will not significantly affect the renal function of patients, and the safety is high, which is worth popularizing.
