Clinical analysis of transurethral prostatectomy combined with pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of elderly high-risk prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder calculi
Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate(PKRP) combined with pneumatic lithotripsy for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) with bladder stones in the elderly and high risk patients. Methods From February 2016 to December 2017,69 cases of BPH patients with bladder stones were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in routine group were treated with PKRP and small incision lithotomy.PKRP combined with pneumatic lithotripsy was performed in 35 patients of the treatment group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results There were significant differences in hospitalization time, catheterization time, obstruction score and significant efficiency between the two groups(P<0.05) . Conclusions PKRP combined with pneumatic lithotripsy is effective in the treatment of aged and high risk patients with BPH and bladder stones.
