Objective: To summarize our experience in diagnosis and treatment of postoperative urosepsis following PCNL. Methods: Data of 5 cases with postoperative urosepsis following PCNL were reviewed. Results: After treatment, all 5 patients got recovery well. Conclusions: Pay attention to susceptible factors of urosepsis, abide the rules strictly in PCNL procedure, early diagnosis and active treatment can prevent severe complications in PCNL.
