0bjective Summarize experiences of laparoendoscopic single-site surgery in urology．Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 14 cases with retroperitoneal laparoendoscopic single-site unroofing of renal cyst and 6 cases with laparoendoscopic single-site varicocelectomy, and summarize the operation time, bleeding in operation, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative removing time of drainage tube, complications in and post operation, postoperative acesodyne, and postoperative aesthetic incision efficacy. Results All the 20 operations are completed successfully with good treating and aesthetic incision efficacy, and no complications in or post operation. Conclusion Laparoendoscopic single-site surgery takes the advantages with few trauma, fast postoperative restoration and aesthetic postoperative incision efficacy, so it is worth to be widely promoted in clinical.
