Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of urine microalbumin(UmAlb) and urinary β2 microglobulin(β2-MG) in the diagnosis of early nephrosis in healthy physical examination. Methods From January 2017 to June 2017, 120 cases of examinees were selected for physical examination in our hospital. The contents of UmAlb and β2-MG were detected by scatter Turbidimetry in selected subjects, and the results were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated. Results The glomerular filtration rate (GFR) < 40 mL·(min·1.73 m2)-1 as the diagnostic criteria of early kidney disease, 120 subjects in the early disease detection rate was 15.8% (19/120), β2-MG alone detection of early kidney disease detection rate was 6.7% (8/120), and the combined detection of UmAlb and β2-MG early kidney disease detection rate was 16.7% (20/120), the Kappa consistency test results showed that the consistency of the combined detection of UmAlb and β2-MG was higher than that of β2-MG detection alone. According to the results, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the combined detection of UmAlb and β2-MG were higher than the results of the individual detection of β2-MG. The subjects were divided into 3 groups according to the size of GFR.The results showed that UmAlb and β2-MG decreased with the increase of GFR, indicated that UmAlb and β2-MG could be used to assess the degree of renal injury. Conclusions The combined detection of urinary albumin and urinary β2 microglobulin can improve in health examination on early kidney disease detection rate, the degree of injury in patients with renal assessment and accurate, can be used as a diagnostic examination method for clinical early nephropathy, provide reliable diagnostic evidence for early treatment of nephropathy.
