Objective  To evaluate the efficacy and safety of using F6/7.5 ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy combined the method of double tube expansion in the management of ureteral calculi combined with distal ureteral stricture. Methods  The clinical data and treatment effect of 112 cases from January 2012 to December 2016 with ureteral calculi combined with distal ureteral stricture using F6/7.5 ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy combined the method of double tube expansion were retrospectively analysed. Results  All patients were successfully completed surgery. The average operation time was (38.7±4.3)min. The success rate of holmium laser lithotripsy by one time was 95.5%（107/112）.Conclusions  In the management of ureteral calculi combined with distal ureteral stricture using F6/7.5 ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy combined the method of double tube expansion is safe and effective.This technology is worthy of clinical promotion. 
