Objective To explore the main points of low echo in Transrectal Ultrasound guided biopsy of the prostate. Methods 343 men with low echo of transrectal ultrasound participated in a protocol for prostate-cancer screening were analyzed. Results 210 cases were prostatic cancer, the positive rate is 61.22%. Conclusion To strengthen low echo in Transrectal Ultrasound guided biopsy of the prostate and increase the the positive rate.
