Objective: To explore the natural channel ureter mirror combination of hard and soft holmium laser lithotripsy applications in kidney stones. Methods: 2015 randomly selected in January Month - March 2016 in our hospital 90 cases of patients with kidney stones, and made all subjects consented. According randomly divided into two groups of 90 patients in group B as a reference group of 45 cases, 35 cases were male, women accounted for 10 cases, aged 29 to 70 years, mean age (50.34 ± 6.26) years; stones in the left side of the 18 cases, 27 cases of right side; pelvic stones in 8 cases, the kidney, the calyx stones in 15 cases, 22 cases of lower calyx stones. A group for the study group of 45 patients, of which 32 were men, women accounted for 13 cases, aged 33 to 72 years, mean age (52.26 ± 7.28) years; 20 cases of the left and right side in 25 cases. 7 cases of renal pelvis stones, kidney, upper calyx calculi in 18 cases, 25 cases of lower calyx stones. Group B with traditional flexible ureteroscope holmium laser therapy, soft and hard ureter mirror A group using the improved combined holmium laser therapy. Results: A group operative time index than group B significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P = 0.031); A group bleeding index was significantly lower than in group B, the difference was statistically significant (P = 0.005); A group of hospital stay indicators and group B, the difference was not statistically significant (P = 0.081); a group assisted surgery extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) index was significantly better than group B, the difference was statistically significant (P = 0.024). A group of patients with kidney stones treatment was significantly better than group B, differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). A group of patients with adverse reactions after gravel and group B was significantly reduced compared with the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: hard and soft ureter mirror improved holmium laser therapy combined with significant clinical effect, worthy of promotion.
