Objective: To compare the micro-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy treatment of renal calauli in two ways efficacy and complications. Methods: 100 cases of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy invalid patients with renal calauli, divided into two groups of 51 patients underwent micro-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy 49 patients underwent combined flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy were compared the patient's operation time, blood loss, intraoperative and postoperative complications, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative stone clearance rate. Results: 51 cases of micro channel by percutaneous renal lens group operation time was (53.5 + 19.6) min, blood loss (75.0 ± 18.5) ml, postoperative hospital stay was (8.0 ± 1.5) d;postoperative pain in 38 cases, antibiotic therapy in 10 cases of infection, blood transfusion in 4 cases, bleeding of renal artery embolization in 1 case and pleural injury cases, 9 cases of perirenal hematoma. The total complication rate was 80.4%, 47 cases of stone clearance, the total stone clearance rate was 92.16%. The operation time was (49 + 25.6) min in 49 cases of ureteral soft mirror group, blood loss (15.2 ± 2.9) ml, postoperative hospital stay was (4.5 ± 0.6) d;postoperative pain in 6 cases, antibiotic therapy in 10 cases of infection,, 1 case of blood transfusion, perirenal hematoma in 1 cases, complications occurred rate was 30.6%, 32 cases of stone clearance, the total stone clearance rate was 65.31%. Conclusion: Compare the operation time had no significant difference; intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative hospitalization time, postoperative complication rate, total stone clearance rate of micro channel by percutaneous renal mirror group was greater than that of modular flexible ureteroscope group; but the packet layer found in multiple locations and stone stone clearance rate combined ureter soft lens group is better than that of microchannel percutaneous nephrolithotomy group.
